Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems from GUTOR are designed according to individual customer wishes. Technical staff servicing and maintaining these systems therefore receive customized training based on specific requirements in relation to those particular systems installed on-site. Training courses are conducted in centers located in Switzerland and Malaysia, both of which are equipped with up-to-date audiovisual aids and test equipment. Customers are introduced to important operating and service-related aspects, and gain valuable expertise on UPS systems. Further more, participants are able to simulate different modes of operations and functions on these test equipments. GUTOR may conduct on-site training courses upon customer's request, granted a training system is installed there. Live systems cannot be used for training purposes. 
 
GUTOR offers three different training levels concerning operation, maintenance, and service respectively. Each training course, as well as the documentation, are individually tailored based on the customer's installed fleet. All levels are appropriate for the operation and maintenance requirements of the GUTOR systems. GUTOR also offers two other trainings, one intended for System and Design Engineers, and the other for Installation Supervisors. GUTOR recommends all its customers having a UPS system installed on-site to attend a training course. The appropriate level depends on the established maintenance contract (Pro light, Pro Basic, Pro Flex, Pro Partner and Pro Life) and to the extent to which the customers' personnel is involved in operating and maintaining these systems.
