• Determined the frequency of these processes and their mutual dependence.
• Identified criteria and methods to guarantee the effective handling and checking of these processes.
• Ensured that sufficient resources and information are available for monitoring these processes.

GUTOR continuously monitors, measures and analyses the processes of the quality management system. Besides this the company undertakes the measures required to achieve the planned objectives as well as continuing to improve processes.
