Responsible business is at the heart of how we operate. At Gutor, ESG is not a reporting exercise. It is a commitment we are actively building into our business.

As a global provider of critical power solutions, we recognize the responsibility that comes with our reach and our role. We are taking concrete steps to reduce our environmental impact, support our people, and strengthen the governance that underpins everything we do.

In 2025, we achieved the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, recognizing our progress and reinforcing the foundation we continue to build upon.

 

Environmental

We have completed our first carbon footprint assessment and are developing a decarbonization roadmap. Our focus is on the areas where we can make the most meaningful impact, including our growing presence in renewables and nuclear power, and the long-term efficiency of the solutions we deliver.

Social

Our people are our greatest asset. We invest in their safety, their development, and their well-being. From our Gutor Academy training programs to our Global Equal Opportunity Procedure, we are building a workplace where every individual can thrive.

We uphold zero tolerance for harassment and are committed to increasing diversity across our global workforce year on year. Our Human Rights Policy aligns with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Governance

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of ethical conduct. Our governance framework covers anti-corruption, supplier responsibility, data privacy, and transparent reporting. ESG performance is reviewed at Executive Committee level.

EcoVadis Recognition

In November 2025, Gutor was awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, placing us in the top 35% of companies assessed globally. EcoVadis evaluates businesses across environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
